Programs and Services of Together for You, Inc.
Every young person deserves to be seen, supported, and given a real chance to thrive.

Together for You, Inc. (TFY) is a community-rooted nonprofit building hope and opportunity for youth and families impacted by the justice system. We focus on three pillars: Mentorship, Mental Health & Wellness, and Career Readiness—while surrounding families with practical supports and trusted relationships.
In our first year, TFY aims to support at least 100 youth and families across Howard County, Baltimore City, and Prince George’s County, Maryland.
Overview
Program Pillars
1. Mentorship
One-to-one and small-group mentoring that pairs youth with trained, background-checked mentors. We build social-emotional skills, accountability, and belonging through weekly check-ins and goal-setting.
Volunteer recruitment, training, and ongoing supervision
Weekly mentor–mentee check-ins (virtual or in-person)
Family engagement and strengths-based goal planning
Monthly skill-building workshops (leadership, conflict resolution, life skills)
2. Mental Health & Wellness
Access to licensed counseling, crisis navigation, and evidence-informed group supports. We normalize help-seeking and provide warm handoffs to community partners for specialized care.
Short-term individual counseling and referrals to long-term providers
Trauma-informed group sessions for youth and caregivers
Community resource navigation (food, housing, transportation, benefits)
Mind–body wellness practices (mindfulness, movement, healthy routines)
3. Career Readiness
Career exploration, job-readiness training, and connections to internships, apprenticeships, and entry-level work. We help youth build resumes, practice interviews, and develop the soft skills employers value.
Career coaching and individual development plans
Resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn support
Work-readiness workshops (time management, communication, teamwork)
Employer partnerships and placement
